This is an excellent opportunity to join an established builder and work on a standout project through to completion.
Working closely with the Project Manager and site team, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day commercial management of the project, including contract administration, procurement, cost control and stakeholder management.Key ResponsibilitiesManage contract administration across the project lifecycleProcure and negotiate subcontractor and supplier agreementsAdminister variations, progress claims, EOTs and subcontractor packagesMonitor project costs,



forecasts and financial reportingWork closely with the Project Manager and site team to resolve commercial and contractual issuesAssist with procurement and subcontractor managementIdentify and manage commercial risksContribute to value engineering and cost-saving initiativesEnsure compliance with company systems, standards and contractual obligationsAbout YouExperience in construction contract administrationExperience working for a reputable head contractorExperience across residential, high-rise or mixed-use projects will be highly regardedStrong understanding of contracts, procurement, variations and cost managementExcellent communication and negotiation skillsHighly organised, proactive and commercially mindedConfident working closely with Project Managers and site teamsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesAbout the CompanyMy client is an established builder with a solid reputation for delivering high-quality residential, mixed-use and high-rise projects across Queensland.
