These opportunities offer the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of projects while playing a key role in securing and delivering successful construction outcomes.Working closely with pre-construction, project management and delivery teams, you'll be responsible for developing accurate and competitive estimates, assessing project opportunities and contributing to the overall success of tenders.As a Construction Estimator, you'll be involved throughout the tender and pre-construction process, from reviewing documentation and completing take-offs through to pricing, subcontractor engagement and tender submission.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate and competitive estimates and tender submissionsReview architectural drawings, specifications and project documentationComplete detailed quantity take-offs and cost analysisObtain, assess and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotationsConduct site inspections and identify construction requirements, risks and opportunitiesDevelop detailed trade and project costingsBuild and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers,
