We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team who shares our vision of building a sustainable and profitable major Australian gold business.We're seeking an experienced Projects Superintendent to lead the planning and execution of underground and surface infrastructure projects at Beta Hunt Mine.Working on an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth , you'll coordinate project crews, contractors, and site stakeholders to deliver civil, mine infrastructure, and sustaining capital works safely, on schedule, and to budget.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise project crews across a range of underground and surface infrastructure projectsCoordinate civil, construction, and mine services works from planning through to completionEnsure compliance with site safety standards, statutory requirements, and company proceduresWork closely with Mining, Maintenance, Technical Services, and contractor teams to deliver project outcomesManage project schedules, resources, and workforce requirementsMonitor project performance and provide regular progress reportingOversee procurement, inventory management, and project administration activitiesDrive continuous improvement and maintain a strong safety culture across all project workAbout YouPrevious experience in a Projects Superintendent, Project Supervisor, or similar role within underground miningProven experience delivering infrastructure, civil, or capital projects in a mining environmentPrevious Experience with Pronto & INX (Advantageous)Strong understanding of underground mining operations and mine infrastructureDemonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skillsStrong planning, scheduling,
