We have an exciting chance for a full-time Estimator to join our quoting team, based at either our Townsville or Gold Coast office.You'll work closely with a small, supportive team to prepare accurate quotes and tenders, helping ensure jobs are priced efficiently and delivered to a high standard.Key responsibilitiesOverseeing daily estimating and quoting activitiesReviewing and approving quotes prepared by team membersDriving implementation of estimating softwareImproving and standardising estimating processesLiaising with project and trade teamsSupporting team development and ensuring KPI targets are metAbout you3+ years' experience in estimating or similar construction/maintenance rolesTrade background or strong knowledge of the industryTech-savvy and comfortable with systems/softwareExcellent attention to detail and time managementWilling to complete a Police Check and obtain a Blue CardCompetitive salary packageGreat team culture and supportCareer growth in a national businessWork-life balance and flexibilityAbout usMathiou Services is a family-owned business delivering end-to-end commercial building and maintenance services including carpentry, maintenance, landscaping, and more.
