An exciting opportunity has risen for a talented and dedicated Technical writer to join one of Australia's rapidly growing and certified Information Technology and Services company that is dedicated to providing highly secure cloud services to its varied clients.The successful candidate will join a highly team-oriented team of talented and passionate technical professionals on a 3-month contract with a possibility of extension subject to business requirements and will be reporting directly to the scrum master/project manager.What you will be doing:Creating a brochure for one of the business products as well as producing engaging and memorable content explaining the differentiating factors of the company's offerings from other cloud providersProducing high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for intended audienceCompleting the company's Operations as well as R&D; documentationTranslating and developing highly technical language into a voice for business audiencesCreating and maintaining the information architecture to enhance customer understanding of the company's products and systemsWhat you'll need:University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferredProven working experience in technical writing of software documentationExcellent written skills in EnglishStrong working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeAbility to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detailMust be based in either Sydney or CanberraAbility to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
