you'll help customers bring their renovation and building projects to life while delivering exceptional service in a premium showroom environment.Working with homeowners, renovators, builders, interior designers and trade customers, you will:Build strong relationships and deliver outstanding customer experiencesProvide expert advice on tiles, hard flooring, bathroomware and interior finishesGuide customers through product selections for renovation and new build projectsPrepare quotes, process sales orders and manage customer enquiriesIdentify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and solutionsFollow up leads and customer projects to maximise sales opportunitiesMaintain strong product knowledge across our extensive rangeContribute to achieving individual and showroom sales targetsAssist with visual merchandising and maintaining showroom presentation standardsSupport local business development activities and community engagement opportunitiesWork collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional customer outcomesReporting to the Store Manager, you will play an important role in achieving sales targets,
