This prospect will suit an ambitious Centre Management professional who is ready to move beyond the traditional Retail Manager remit.You will work closely with senior Centre Management, gain exposure to broader commercial and strategic decision-making, and have the opportunity to progressively take on greater responsibility across the asset.About YouWe are looking for an experienced retail property professional with:5+ years' experience within Centre Management (ideally)A background as a Retail Manager, Operations Manager or Centre Manager of a smaller assetStrong understanding of the retail property sectorStrong commercial and financial acumenExperience managing key retailers and complex stakeholder relationshipsConfidence interpreting financial, sales and performance dataStrong understanding of retail leasing and complianceDemonstrated strategic and operational planning capabilityStrong leadership and people-management skillsExcellent communication, negotiation and presentation skillsA proactive, commercially focused approach to problem solvingA relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Property or a related discipline is desirableWhy This Opportunity?
