Applications welcome Australia-wide.The sales support and customer enquiry coordinator will be responsible for responding to and follow up customers who submit an online enquiry to Dream Courts.
The role involves contacting leads that our sale staff have not yet been able to reach, understanding what the customer is looking for, gathering information, answering initial questions, maintaining customer records and passing on active leads to our sales leaders.
This is a highly customer-focused role suited to someone who is confident speaking with people, enjoys building relationships and is motivated by achieving results.Key responsibilitiesMonitor and respond to new customer enquires received through the Dream Courts websitePick up customer contact once the sales leads pass them on to youMake outbound phone calls to potential customers to discuss their requirementsFollow up enquires that have not yet progressedEnsure no genuine customer enquiry is missed or left without a responsePass on reactive leads to the sales leads in a timely mannerSpeak with customers to understand their project requirementsEstablish what type of court or solution the customer is interested inGather important project informationAccurately record all customer interactions, notes and follow-up activities in the CRM systemAbout youExcellent verbal and written communication skillsConfidence speaking with customers over the phoneA friendly, qualified and enthusiastic mannerStrong follow up and organisational skillsThe ability to build rapport quickly with potential customersStrong attention to detailGood computer and CRM skills (ideally Salesforce)The ability to manage multiple enquires and priorities at onceA proactive and results driven approachPrevious experience in sales, customer service, administration or lead generation is desirableAbout usDream CourtsTM is Australia's leading provider of premium sports court solutions, specializing in the design, supply, and installation of custom basketball, pickleball, netball, and tennis courts across residential, school, and community spaces.
