Disability Support Worker (Active Evening & Overnight) – Gold CoastMobile Attendant Care Service – Southport QLDDisability Support Worker (Evening & Overnight) – Gold CoastMobile Attendant Care Service (MACS) has now expanded to the Gold Coast, and we're looking for passionate Disability Support Workers to join our team.MACS is a Non for Profit organisation and registered NDIS provider that has been delivering innovative overnight support across Brisbane for more than 30 years, we are excited to be expanding our team on the Gold Coast.About the RoleOur flexible Drop-In Support Team will operate between 6.00pm and 6.00am, providing planned and responsive support to people with physical disability in their own homes.You'll travel between clients in a MACS vehicle, delivering short support visits ranging from 5 minutes to 1 hour.Your shift may include:Personal care and hygieneTransfers and hoistingDressing and repositioningMedication assistanceAssistance with eating and drinkingWellbeing and safety checksResponding to unplanned support requestsMany other tasks that help people remain safe, independent and comfortable at homeThis is an active,



varied role that's perfect for someone who enjoys working independently while making a genuine difference in people's lives.Diverse between -5:00pm - 11:00pm11:00pm - 6:00amAbout YouWe're looking for people who genuinely care about delivering high-quality support and who share our core values of being Reliable, Flexible and Responsive.You'll also have:Experience supporting people with disabilities, including use of lifting equipment.A current Driver LicenceNDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)Confidence working independently and making sound decisionsWhy Join MACS?
