This role offers an 8 days on / 6 days off roster, working 12-hour shifts for approximately 6 swings, with an ideal start date of 18 of October ****.
The Role: Working within a gold mining environment, you will be responsible for electrical maintenance and repairs across fixed plant and associated equipment.Key duties may includeElectrical maintenance and repairs across fixed plant equipmentPreventative and breakdown maintenanceElectrical fault finding and diagnosticsInspection and testing of electrical equipmentIdentifying and rectifying faults to minimise downtimeWorking closely with maintenance and operational teamsCompleting required maintenance documentationEnsuring all work is completed in accordance with site and safety proceduresWhat We're Looking ForRelevant electrical trade qualificationCurrent electrical licencePrevious fixed plant electrical experience – essentialPrevious mining or heavy industrial experience highly regardedStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skillsCurrent National Police ClearanceStrong commitment to workplace health and safetyAbility to work 12-hour shifts on an 8/6 rosterAbility to complete all required site and pre-employment requirementsWhat's on Offer$80 per hour8/6 roster12-hour shiftsApproximately 6 swingsEdna May mine siteIdeal start date: 18 of October ****Short-term casual opportunitySupport from our recruitment team throughout your assignment
