MANAWISE Care is growing in South West Queensland and we're looking for passionate Residential Youth Workers to join our Residential Care team on a permanent Part Time basis working a minimum of 56 or 72 hours per fortnight.About the RoleYou will be working across our residential homes, currently located in Redbank Plains, Raceview, Ripley and Collingwood Park with exciting opportunities to support new homes as MANAWISE continues to grow and expand.As a Youth Worker, you'll support young people facing complex challenges by providing a safe, stable, and nurturing environment.
You'll play a key role in helping them build resilience, develop life skills, and create brighter futures.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate a safe, supportive, and structured home environmentBuild robust, positive relationships with young peopleSupport emotional, social, and life skill developmentEncourage healthy decision-making and wellbeingCollaborate with a therapeutic care team to deliver tailored plansComplete daily documentation, case notes, and reportsExperience in Youth Work, Child Safety, or a related fieldCurrent, unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence (open class)Certificate IV in Child,



Youth & Family Intervention, or similar (or working towards it)First Aid & CPR certificationCurrent Paid Blue CardNational Police Check (within 6 months)Ability to obtain LCS checkHope & Healing Module certificate (we can assist if needed)Why Join MANAWISE?
