You'll respect each person's choices, routines, culture and preferences.Key responsibilitiesHelping clients move safely and maintain their independenceSupporting shopping, transport and attendance at appointmentsProviding companionship, social support and respiteAssisting with personal care, including showering, dressing and groomingHelping with light household tasks, such as cleaning, laundry and meal preparationRecording clear progress notes and promptly reporting changes in a client's health, wellbeing or safetyFlexible working hours, with weekday availability from 8 am preferredSupport from a dedicated service teamOngoing learning and development,



with training and opportunities to build your skillsOpportunities for permanent employment and career developmentA company mobile phone to support you in your roleConfidential counselling and support services for your wellbeingSalary packaging (package up to $15,900 + $2,650 annually)Permanent staff have access to 5 weeks of annual leave (pro rata for part time) and 15 days of personal leave (pro rata for part time) per annumAbout youEither commenced or completed a Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC*****), or an equivalent qualificationExperience in aged care or disability support, ideally in clients' homes or the communityCurrent First Aid and CPR certificatesA recognised Food Safety certificateA valid driver's licence and your own registered, roadworthy vehicle with at least third-party insuranceClear communication and documentation skills, and confidence using a mobile phone for rosters and care notesA National Police Check and the right to work in AustraliaItalian language skills or an understanding of Italian culture would be an advantageSalary and Classification:SCHADS Award, Home Care Employee (Aged Care) – Level 3 (Qualified)Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
