This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a supportive and flexible environment.What You Will Do:Manage the day-to-day progression of client matters and legal documentsDraft letters, court forms, subpoenas, and briefs with accuracy and careCommunicate empathetically and professionally with clients, medical professionals, insurers, counsel, and other third partiesCoordinate preparation for hearings, mediations, and conferencesTrack important deadlines including court dates and limitation periodsContribution to the promotion and development of existing and of current casesHelp improve internal templates, precedents, and workflowsWhat We Are Looking For:Experience as a Legal Secretary or Paralegal, preferably in personal injury, litigation, or related areasStrong writing skills and solid understanding of legal terminology and procedures relevant to the roleAbove average communication and organisational skillsAttention to detail and ability to manage competing prioritiesA positive,
