Our UK client close to Maitland is seeking someone with a background in e-commerce with strong knowledge of IT and e-commerce terminology to identify, troubleshoot, and write comprehensive reports to escape findings of issues regarding online orders, platform glitches, and technical customer queries.This position is office-based, and working hours are based on UK time and season.

warehouses and logistics portalsExcellent written English communication skillsExperience with product and catalogue dataExceptional attention to detailStrong understanding of technical and IT terminologyHighly technically minded with excellent computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, Google and MetaAI proficiencyProactive, solutions-driven approach with strong follow-up skillsDUTIESManage, amend and cancel orders on the in-house systemResolve issues relating to consignments, customer information, surcharges and stockIdentify, investigate and report system faults and recurring issuesEscalate technical issues to developers with transparent supporting informationWrite detailed reports for the Customer Service teamManage product and catalogue data, including pack sizes, units and variantsUpdate pricing across multiple storefronts and websitesPublish prepared content across multiple websitesReconcile warehouse portal data with the in-house systemEnsure online stock and pricing remain accurateSalary: R negotiable dependent on experience
