We're looking for an experienced video production qualified that has a passion and talent for producing exceptional podcasts!
You will be the creative mind behind the ongoing success and future growth of these podcasts.The OpportunityYou will play a key role in supporting the ongoing production of the audio and video elements of a high production value podcast and collaborate closely with hosts and guests to deliver a smooth experience and professional production environment.
This is a permanent ongoing position giving the opportunity to contribute to the creative direction and mold the production process as the podcast grows.Your ResponsibilitiesRecord and edit long form episodes for release on video and audio platformsWelcome podcast guests, assist with the setup and launch logistics and technical calibration for recordingBooking guests and researching podcast topics to generate quality content ideas and engage listeners/viewersProvide input on studio setup,



equipment and studio design to optimise quality of recordingsMarket the podcast through short form content and audience engagement across multiple media platformsOngoing production support, handling technical issues and logistics related to the podcastYour Experience & AbilitiesYou will have experience and talent in audio mixing/video editing for podcasts or similar long form web content at a polished professional levelExperienced with setup of recording environments including preparing subjects and technical setup and monitoring of recording during the podcastTalent for creating engaging stories and highlighting humor and interest points through editingExperienced in creating social media content for podcast promotion and driving engagement and views to targeted audiencesExperience advising on studio setup, recording/editing equipment and streamlining production workflowsAbility to communicate at a high level and operate at pace while remaining detail focused, highly organised and successfully managing multiple competing priorities at once.Why Martian Logic?
