We're Hiring: EstimatorEight Mile Plains, QLD | Full-TimeJoin our growing team and help deliver high-quality building and landscaping projects through accurate estimating and tender preparation.What You'll DoPrepare cost estimates, take-offs, and tender submissions.Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation.Source and assess supplier and subcontractor pricing.Identify risks and provide cost-effective solutions.Support project handovers and maintain estimating records.What You'll BringExperience in construction estimating and cost planning.Solid knowledge of Australian building codes and regulations.Ability to interpret plans and tender documents.Strong communication and organisational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software.QLD Blue Card & Police Check (or ability to obtain).
