This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional looking to take the next step in their leadership career within a high-performing hotel environment.Working closely with the Executive Housekeeper, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence, maintaining brand standards, and leading a large housekeeping team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.In this role, you will be hands‐on in daily operations while also contributing to workforce planning, team development, quality assurance, and overall departmental performance.What You'll DoSupport the day-to-day management of housekeeping operations across guest rooms and public areasLead, coach, and motivate a large housekeeping team to consistently deliver 5-star service standardsAct as the department leader during the Executive Housekeeper's absenceAssist with recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management,



and succession planningConduct room and public area inspections to ensure quality and brand complianceSupport rostering, workforce planning, productivity management, and payroll processesInvestigate and resolve guest concerns in a professional and timely mannerCollaborate closely with Front Office, Maintenance, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless operationsMonitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies and equipmentWhat You'll BringPrevious experience as an Assistant Executive Housekeeper, Housekeeping Manager, or senior housekeeping leader within a 4-star or 5-star hotel environmentStrong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and manage large teamsProven experience driving housekeeping quality standards and operational performanceExcellent organisational and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiencesSound knowledge of housekeeping systems, productivity management, and hotel operationsA hands‐on leadership style with the ability to thrive in a rapid-paced environmentWhy Join Silk Hospitality?
