Future Group is seeking an Operations Specialist on a 12 month fixed term contract.
You will support the Trustee with fiduciary, regulatory, and operational oversight across claims, complaints, incidents and member outcomes.Working in a pooled Operations team, you'll help triage issues, review delegated matters, oversee service provider performance and drive continual improvements for member servicing.
You will join a purpose-led scale‐up that values inclusivity and ESG.
