Australian Childcare Alliance – Springwood QLDReporting to the Executive General Manager, you will be responsible for planning and delivering marketing, communications and social media activities that strengthen ACA Qld's profile and member engagement.
You will create compelling content, manage digital channels, support major events and conferences, and help tell the stories that matter to Queensland's early childhood education and care sector.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and implement marketing strategies aligned to organisational objectivesCreate and deliver campaigns promoting events, training programs, advocacy initiatives and member services using CRM, Websites, customer portalsMonitor campaign performance and use insights to continually improve engagement and resultsManage ACA Qld's social media presence across key channelsDevelop, schedule and publish engaging contentCreate graphics, videos, reels, infographics and other multimedia contentWrite and edit newsletters, media releases, website content, blogs and member communicationsMaintain and update website content to ensure relevance and accuracyPromote workshops, conferences,
