This is a full-time ongoing role.Your Key ResponsibilitiesManaging complex case related administrationWorking with the IP Australia and IP Office of New Zealand on-line databasesWorking with our database and template system (including Inprotech)Timely and highly organised file managementProof readingAdministrative tasks including filing, scanning, invoicing, organising diaries and making appointments for attorneysOther duties as requiredYour Training and SkillsTo be successful in this role it is a requirement that you have:Minimum 3 years' experience (ideally 5 years' plus) working in an Intellectual Property (IP) firmExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong organisational and time management skillsStrong attention to detailSelf-confidence, and an ability to exercise your initiativeAn ability to work in a team and independentlyA respect for established processes and proceduresA solid knowledge of MS Office and ideally InprotechIt is desirable that you have:Experience with InprotechCulture and BenefitsBecome a part of our inclusive and people-driven culture.
