The Trustee for NPR Trust ATF Current Point Recruitment - Molendinar QLDGold Coast | Permanent Part-Time| 3 Days Per WeekOur client is an established Australian engineering and manufacturing business providing innovative products and solutions nationally and internationally.They are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to work closely with the CEO and take ownership of finance across a multi-entity business.This is a permanent three-day-per-week position, with scope to develop into a full-time role as the business grows.It's a hands-on commercial role focused on improving financial visibility and supporting better decisions around cost, margin, cashflow and profitability.The RoleWorking directly with the CEO, your responsibilities will include:Budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management across multiple entitiesFinancial and management reporting, including variance analysisCOGS, margin and profitability analysis across products, projects and work centresFinancial modelling to support pricing and commercial decisionsImproving purchasing controls, cost allocation and spend visibilityManaging month-end, reconciliations and financial controlsWorking with operations and engineering to improve financial performance,
