This role is to be based out of either our Brisbane or Adelaide studios.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and track day-to-day team work against the production schedule,



flagging variations early with proposed solutionsCommunicate with artists daily for alignment of scheduleKeep Production Managers informed of anything that may affect scheduleMaintain Shotgrid (tasks, assignments, status) and other production systems accurately and on timeTake and distribute clear notes in dailies and client reviewsCoordinate client deliverables sends with Production Managers, and work with Editorial to ensure successful deliverySkills and ExperienceExcellent time management, communication and organisational skillsWorking knowledge of the VFX pipeline and how a shot moves from start to finishSound knowledge of Shotgrid, Filemaker or similar database and scheduling toolsStrong MS Word and Excel skillsAbility to juggle conflicting deadlines and adapt to changing briefsSharp attention to detail and a valuable eye for compositionComfortable in Mac and PC environments, with basic Linux command line skills
