We're looking for an experienced, commercially minded leader to manage and grow this area and deliver an exceptional experience for every family that walks through our doors.Your weekWednesday – Friday: planning and salesConfirm upcoming bookings and follow up every enquiry and leadFinalise catering, dietary requirements and party details with parentsPrepare run sheets and staff rosters for the weekendGrow bookings through school, community and corporate outreach, and by upselling party packagesSaturday – Sunday: on the floorMeet and greet parents and guestsRun multiple parties at once, from setup to pack-downLead and direct the party team on shiftLiaise with the kitchen and bar so food and drinks run on timeStep in on the floor,



behind the bar or with guests whenever neededHandle issues on the spot so every family leaves happyAcross the week you'll also:Drive revenue and guest satisfaction across our parties and events programRecruit, train and develop the party teamKeep the venue secure and compliant for children and familiesWhat you'll bring3+ years' experience in events, functions or hospitality, including at least 2 years in a leadership roleA proven track record of hitting sales or booking targetsConfident and professional with parents, schools and corporate clientsHighly organised, detail-focused and calm under pressureAvailable Wednesday to Sunday, including weekends and school holidays (occasional weekends off by arrangement)Current NSW Working With Children Check (required)RSA certificate (required)Senior role leading one of our key revenue streamsMonthly bonus tied to performanceFun, energetic venue and a supportive teamRoom to grow with a multi-venue hospitality business
