Medical Receptionist – Part-Time Junior PositionsWe are looking for two friendly, reliable and enthusiastic junior team members to join our team at Redlands Specialist Centre in part time Medical Receptionist roles.These positions are ideal for someone looking to gain experience in medical administration and reception while working in a supportive and professional healthcare environment.Each position will be 2–4 days per week, with Fridays required.
The remaining days are flexible and can be arranged around your availability.About the RoleYou will be an important part of our front-of-house team, helping patients, clinicians and staff have a smooth and positive experience.Your duties will include:Working on reception, assisting patients and cliniciansProviding a friendly and professional experience for patients over the phone and in personLiaising with clinicians and administration staff to coordinate appointments and patient flowGeneral administrative and reception dutiesAnswering incoming calls and assisting patients with enquiriesCoordinating bookings for lung function tests, sleep studies and specialist appointmentsProviding additional support during busy periods and staff leaveLearning and assisting with other areas of the business as your skills developWhat We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is:Friendly,
