About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to work closely with the leadership team to drive the hotel's marketing strategy and brand presence.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about marketing, content creation, digital engagement, and delivering impactful campaigns.
Key responsibilities:
Lead team on the execution of marketing strategies to achieve property's objectives whilst consistently analyzing market information
Responsible for managing the planning, execution & coordination of all the hotel's marketing strategies, campaigns and projects
Ensures the team is focused on showcasing their creative and innovative skills to enable achievement of property objectives
Become a prime example of the hotel's service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by inviting, welcoming and connectingwith our guests through each customer experience
Be a confident and welcoming leader, creating a community that empowers your team to grow and reach their potential
Plan and execute team building activities for your team as together we are better
Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
Ensure you and your like-minded team uphold all company policies and procedures whilst demonstrating the Sheraton core values
Overseeing and allocating marketing budget and expenses
Creating campaigns for social media,



promotional events and marketing materials for internal and external communications
Conducting market research and up to date with the latest trends
About you:
Relevant experience in marketing, communications, or digital marketing role
Full working rights in Australia
Passion for hospitality, marketing, and brand storytelling
Enthusiastic about developing your career in marketing
Self-motivated, creative, and energized in a fast-paced setting
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, social media, and digital content
Armed with innovative ideas, smart solutions, and a can-do attitude
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives

This is a Full-Time role, working 38 hours per week.
To be considered for this position, candidates must hold valid Australian work rights and be able to work unrestricted hours.
Salary is $85,000 - $95,000 per year depending on experience.
