We're looking for a Showroom Consultant who can take a client's vision and turn it into a finished result they're genuinely excited about.The RoleYou'll be the face of Blue Leaf for every walk-in and appointment customer: understanding what they want to achieve, presenting our range with confidence, and shaping a cohesive look for their project.
Then you'll make sure every order runs smoothly from first selection through to supplier fulfilment.What You'll DoWelcome showroom visitors and understand their project scope, budget and styleGuide Prime Cost (PC) selections for tiles and tapware, explaining options in plain languageTurn mood boards and inspiration images into a coordinated palette of tiles, fixtures and finishesBuild lasting client relationships in person, by phone and by emailWork directly with suppliers on availability, lead times,



ordering and issue resolutionProcess orders and keep product data accurate in Cin7Support our online store, including Shopify product listingsHelp grow showroom traffic and overall revenueWhat We're Looking ForExperience with PC items and tile selection, ideally in bathroom, kitchen, building or interior designA genuine eye for design: you can read a mood board and pull together a finished lookWarm, clear communication across every channelConfidence managing suppliers to keep orders on trackHands-on experience with Cin7 and Shopify (highly regarded)Self-driven and organised, comfortable owning the customer journey from first hello to final deliveryWhy Blue Leaf?
