Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a Mental Health Support Worker for Community Living Supports (CLS) in Western Sydney.
You will provide one-on-one psychosocial support, help consumers build independence, and work toward recovery goals.Based at the North Parramatta office with regular outreach across the Hills LGA; shifts are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
You'll document progress, maintain plans, and collaborate with families, carers and clinicians while delivering person-centred care and building robust
