We are currently seeking a Qualified Hair Stylist / Clinic Manager to take responsibility for our Newcastle operation.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced stylist who is looking to take the next step in their career and move beyond the traditional salon environment.
The successful candidate will work as both a Qualified Stylist and Clinic Manager, building strong, long‐term relationships with clients as their qualified Stylist, while also managing consultations, sales and the day‐to‐day operation of the Newcastle studio.
No previous experience in hair replacement is required.
We provide comprehensive training in our specialised hair replacement servicing techniques, as well as our consultation, sales and clinic management processes.
What's on offer?
$30–$33 per hour + generous uncapped commission
Commission structure above industry standard, providing excellent earning potential
Part‐time position – 3 days per week
Every second Saturday required
Adaptable working days, with Thursday being a required working day
Immediate start
Full training in non-surgical hair replacement servicing
Full training in our consultation, sales and clinic management processes

About the Role
As the Newcastle Stylist / Clinic Manager, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our clients while helping to grow and manage the studio.
Your responsibilities will include:
Learning and delivering our specialised non-surgical hair replacement services
Conducting prospective client consultations and understanding individual hair loss needs
Presenting appropriate solutions and confidently guiding clients through their options
Building solid, trusting and long‐term relationships with clients
Managing appointments and the day‐to‐day client experience
Contributing to the growth and success of the Newcastle studio
Maintaining a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and customer care
Representing the Advanced Hair Studio brand and maintaining our high standards
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is qualified, confident, professional and motivated to learn.
The successful applicant will have:
Certificate III in Hairdressing
Previous experience working as a qualified hairdresser/stylist
Strong cutting and styling skills particularly with male clientele.




Excellent customer service and consultation skills
Some previous sales or sales‐related experience is required
Confidence communicating with clients and discussing their needs
A professional and positive attitude
Strong interpersonal and relationship‐building skills
The ability to work independently and take ownership of the Newcastle studio
A genuine desire to learn and develop new skills
A career‐focused attitude and willingness to grow with the business
The ability to maintain client confidentiality and discretion
Previous experience in hair replacement is not required.
If you are an experienced stylist with the right attitude and some sales experience, we will provide you with full training in our specialised hair replacement techniques and our consultation, sales and clinic management processes.
