Maze Advisory Co is seeking a Practice Administrator and Bookkeeper to keep the Ballarat practice running smoothly so the Managing Director can focus on client advisory.
The role starts at three days a week (22.8 hours), on site in Ballarat, with a explicit pathway to full-time as the practice grows.You will manage inboxes, diary, client files, and Xero work including reconciliations, payables, receivables and payroll, plus BAS and IAS prep.
