You'll work alongside an experienced leadership team and take ownership of a diverse range of projects.
We're seeking a Project Manager with 3-5 years experience delivering commercial projects $5m - $20m who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong commercial acumen, and leads with integrity, confidence, and collaboration.

With a strong pipeline of aged care, education and commercial developments, this is an ideal chance to lead projects.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee full project lifecycle: design, planning, construction, QA, and handover
Ensure delivery aligns with contract documents, budget, timeline, and compliance frameworks
Lead progress tracking, risk mitigation, cost forecasting, and client reporting
Drive team performance, motivate staff, and resolve issues proactively
Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and site managers to ensure communication and cohesion




Identify and action continuous improvement initiatives across safety, systems, and performance
Contribute new business opportunities alongside the senior leadership team
Skills & Experience
Circa 5+ years' experience in the Australian construction industry, with at least 3+ years in project management role.
Relevant tertiary or trade qualifications in Building, Construction, or Engineering
Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and dispute resolution skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, Word, Outlook); CAD knowledge advantageous
Skilled, self-driven, and capable of handling pressure with a positive and mature outlook
