work with all staff and in a positive appropriate manner in line with the Valmar Code of Conduct.Participate in the Valmar Performance Appraisal process.To work within WHS guidelines.Hold a current First Aid certificate and administer first aid when requiredComplete Incident reports as requiredConduct machinery and equipment safety checks dailySelection CriteriaEssential: Skills: Has good interpersonal and communication skills.
Multi tasks within their ADE Ability to perform a range of production tasks in a factory, timber, and recycling environment.
Competence in operating various tools and machinery, including wood processing equipment, forklifts, and gardening tools (e.g. mowers, whipper snippers, blowers).
Sound understanding of workplace safety practices and ability to follow WHS procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work positively with people with disabilities.
Ability to follow instructions, work under general supervision, and contribute to team outcomes.
Basic cash handling, EFTPOS and point-of-sale operation skills.
Ability to complete basic documentation, such as incident reports and sales records.
