Provide case management for aspirants receiving Ongoing Support and Post Placement Support servicesBuild and maintain positive relationships with employersMaintain regular contact with aspirants, offering mentoring, motivation, and guidanceRefer, book, and complete Ongoing Support Assessments with assigned assessorsCollect and record all required evidence to support and process employment outcomesUtilise JobAccess and the Supported Wage SystemPrepare and submit accurate documentation for Ongoing and Post Placement Support outcomesMaintain detailed and compliant case notes in Job Ready LiveEnsure all activities comply with IEA Agreement, WHS, and organisational policies and proceduresWho are we looking for?
