leading the site and office team to deliver successful outcomes.Your key responsibilities will include:Ensure projects are run safely and HSEQ policies are followed.Monitor progress of projects to ensure they are run within the set deadlines & budget limitationsManage all facets of procurement and subcontractor management via Jointly's management platform - ProcorePreparation of detailed construction programmesProvide leadership to a team of contract & project administrators.Liaise with clients and architects to ensure the successful delivery of the project.Previous Experience$3-$15M Greenfield projects involving heavy structuresAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyGovernment and Private project experienceTechnically complex projects with Design & Construct focusGood working knowledge of Procore & MS Project4-7 years of commercial construction project management experience is requiredEducationRelevant tertiary qualifications well regarded
