We are committed to delivering high-quality, commercially practical advice and building long-term client relationships.About the RoleAs part of our succession planning and continued growth, we are seeking a high-calibre Senior Manager/Associate Partner with strong tax expertise to join our leadership team.ResponsibilitiesProvide advanced tax advisory services, including:Corporate tax structuring and restructuringInternational and cross-border tax mattersCGT, Div 7A, and trust structuringOversee and review high-level compliance engagementsBusiness Due Diligence investigation & recommendations in mergers & acquisitions.Manage and develop a portfolio of key client relationshipsIdentify and drive business development opportunitiesMentor and lead a team of accountants and senior staffContribute to firm strategy, systems,
