This role has plenty of scope to grow your compliance and legally focused career within the lucrative residential Mortgages and Asset Finance marketsThis role will be to use your compliance background to conduct, train and manage compliance within the companyResponsibilities include:Manage the groups compliance management framework.




Line 2 focusPerform activities including training and managing the groups ACL and AFSL licensesAssessing incidents and breaches and reporting when requiredManage regulatory engagements with regulators including ASIC and authoritiesManage regulatory chance and ensure compliance with all obligationsPreparing and presenting reports on compliance related matters to managementKey to this role will be your ability to work in an operational and compliance environment, working closely with key stakeholders and be a self starter.
This is an chance to use your compliance background preferably from within the residential Mortgages, Mortgage Broking or asset Finance sectorsThe successful candidate will have a strong understanding of consumer credit laws.
You will also have excellent written and communication skills, be able to work under your own initiative and are results driven.Need a knowledge base in NCCP or similar.A legal background would be highly desirable but not essentialWill look at overseas backgrounds also that are suitable with Australian permanent residency
