We're moving to a new platform, and we're looking for an accountant to help lead that change and then run core finance operations on the new system.The roleThis is a hands-on role with two parts.
In the first phase, you'll be our in-house lead on the finance side of the ERP implementation, working with our implementation partner and the wider business.
After go-live, you'll own key day-to-day finance functions and make sure the system keeps working well for the business.What you'll doLead the finance workstream of the ERP implementation, including chart of accounts design, data migration and cleansing, user testing, and go-live readinessReconcile and validate opening balances and migrated dataDesign finance processes, controls and workflows that make the most of the new platformTrain and support staff across the business as they move to the new systemOwn month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations,



and management reportingSupport AP, AR, payroll processing, GST/BAS and other compliance as neededAct as the ongoing finance owner of the ERP: configuration, reporting and continuous improvementAbout youCA or CPA qualified3+ years of accounting experience, including month-end and reconciliationsHands-on experience with an ERP implementation or system migrationCloud ERP experience is highly regardedStrong Excel skills and a good eye for data accuracyA practical problem-solver who communicates well with both finance and non-finance peopleWhat we offerA permanent, full-time role with real ownership and visibilityThe chance to shape our finance function and systems from the ground upA close-knit, supportive team in a dynamic industryPlease note:This is a full-time, in office role based at our Rochedale premises, five days a week.
