Work directly for a major retail brand during an exciting period of store growth and innovation in Melbourne.This hands-on delivery role is responsible for managing new builds, refurbishments and network improvement projects from initial planning and design through construction, approvals and ultimately opening.Working closely with the development team, builders, consultants and external stakeholders, you will:Manage current builds and major/minor refurbishments from end to endCoordinate design, construction, authority approvals and project deliveryManage builders, contractors, consultants, architects and other stakeholdersOversee estimates, tenders, procurement, budgets and project costsEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required brand standardsCoordinate multiple projects across VictoriaMaintain project programs, forecasts, documentation and reportingSupport wider capital works and network improvement programsWe are looking for someone who is hands-on, commercially minded and comfortable taking ownership of projects through to completion.Ideally, you will have:Project Management experience within QSR, hospitality,



retail or multi-site environmentsExperience delivering construction and refurbishment projectsAn understanding of planning, development and authority approval processesStrong contractor and consultant management skillsExperience managing budgets, tenders and project costingsThe ability to interpret architectural and consultant plansStrong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skillsA qualification in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management is advantageousExperience within QSR or hospitality development would be particularly valuable, although candidates from comparable multi-site retail environments are encouraged to apply.The OpportunityThis is an opportunity to join an established retail operator with a substantial existing store network and an active pipeline of development and capital works projects.The role offers an attractive salary range to suit individual experience with the potential for a fully expensed vehicle and additional employee rewards that are unique to this business.
