This is a hands-on role combining site supervision with machine operation, ideal for someone who leads by example and takes pride in delivering high-quality civil works.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day site operations and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and plantOperate excavators and other machinery as requiredEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specificationRead and interpret plans, drawings, and specificationsMaintain a solid focus on safety, ensuring compliance with WHS regulationsConduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety meetingsLiaise with project managers, clientsManage materials, equipment,
