This is a dynamic role that combines customer service excellence with delivery responsibilities.
You will be the face of Tradelink in our community, supporting our branch operations and ensuring our customers receive their products efficiently and professionally.
This position is essential to maintaining our high standards of service and customer satisfaction.What you'll be doingAssisting with the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles in a safe and efficient mannerDelivering building and plumbing products to customers across the local area, ensuring timely and professional serviceProviding friendly and knowledgeable customer service, answering product enquiries and offering advice where appropriateSupporting branch staff with stock management, including receiving, checking and organising inventoryMaintaining accurate delivery records and customer informationEnsuring all vehicles are kept clean,
