Our project team does the real technical work, so you'll be designing, building and delivering, not sitting on the sidelines writing status reports.ABOUT YOUYou're a hands-on engineer who's comfortable taking a project from initial design through to implementation on your own.
You know the Microsoft stack well, from Windows Server and Active Directory through to Azure, Entra ID and M365, and you've delivered migrations and security hardening for real clients.Networking isn't a weak spot for you.
You can configure and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs and network issues yourself, and you take security seriously at every stage of a project.You'll be travelling to client sites,



so a current driver's licence is a must.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Delivering infrastructure, cloud and security projects from design through to implementationRunning Microsoft 365 migrations across Exchange, SharePoint and related workloadsDeploying Intune and Autopilot, and leading endpoint migrationsImplementing M365 security and hardening, including MFA, Conditional Access and Defender for EndpointBuilding and configuring Azure and Windows Server environmentsConfiguring and troubleshooting networks, firewalls and VPNsWorking on backup, disaster recovery and storage solutionsCreating clear technical documentation and operational procedures5 to 7 years in a hands-on Infrastructure, Systems or Project Engineering role, ideally within an MSPStrong Microsoft skills across Azure, Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell and Windows ServerHands-on experience delivering M365 projects and migrationsStrong Intune experience, including Autopilot and endpoint migrationsExperience implementing M365 security, including MFA, Conditional Access and Defender for EndpointSolid, practical networking skills, including VPN configurationExperience with backup, disaster recovery and storage platformsConfidence planning and delivering projects independentlyStrong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitudeA current driver's licence
