This is a hands‐on role where you will take ownership of marketing activity across brand, digital, content, events and product launches, engaging surgeons, healthcare professionals, hospitals and channel partners.Working closely with Product Managers, the Commercial Team and external partners, you will develop clinically accurate and commercially focused campaigns and marketing assets that strengthen the brand, support product awareness and contribute to commercial growth.The RoleYou will manage marketing initiatives from concept through to execution, including digital campaigns, marketing collateral, educational resources, industry events and new product launches.You'll manage digital channels including EDMs and website content, develop targeted campaigns for healthcare audiences and monitor campaign performance, engagement, lead generation and event outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute integrated brand and marketing campaignsCreate marketing collateral, digital assets, clinical evidence summaries and educational resourcesManage EDMs, website content and other digital channelsDevelop targeted campaigns for surgeons, healthcare professionals, hospitals and channel partnersSupport new product and technology launchesCoordinate conferences, trade exhibitions,



clinical workshops and surgeon education eventsManage internal and external communications and maintain consistent brand messagingBuild robust relationships with internal teams, healthcare professionals, distributors and external partnersAbout YouYou'll be a go getter and self‐motivated marketing expert who enjoys taking ownership of projects and working across multiple stakeholders and priorities.Ideally, you will bring:Marketing experience (if within the medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals desired but not essential)Experience across brand, digital, content and communications campaignsExperience managing digital channels, EDMs, websites, social media and campaign analyticsStrong stakeholder and project management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detailWhat's in it for you?
