This hybrid role combines leadership, workflow optimisation, and hands-on broking responsibilities.
The successful candidate will ensure operational efficiency, support team performance, and deliver high-quality broking services to B2B clients.This role will be based onsite at the Mascot office.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operational activities across the brokerageManage a portfolio of commercial clients, delivering tailored insurance solutionsBuild and maintain strong B2B relationships, ensuring high levels of retention and satisfactionDevelop, refine and implement productive workflows, procedures and compliance processesLead and support brokers and account managers, providing guidance,
