You will be responsible for maintaining rigorous standards, supporting design requirements, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure the safety, stealth, and operational integrity of Australia's nuclear-powered submarines.

ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety protocolsCollaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to monitor and improve signature integrityProvide expert advice on signature defects, technical risks, and mitigation strategiesSupport strategic planning and decision-making to uphold submarine safety and operational excellenceFoster continuous improvement in governance and technical control proceduresMaintain security clearances and ensure all activities adhere to security standardsAbout You:You will demonstrate:Extensive experience in technical governance, signature management, or related defense environmentsStrong knowledge of design requirements, safety standards, and technical control processesProven ability to lead complex projects and influence stakeholders at all levelsExceptional communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts clearly and confidentlyDemonstrated leadership qualities, strategic thinking, and professional judgmentAbility to obtain and maintain an NV1 security clearance
