$110,000–$140,000 + Company Ute | BrisbaneAt 365 Alongside, our standard is easy:OWN IT.We're looking for a capable, driven Project & Service Manager who wants real ownership of projects, people, clients and results.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a strong construction background who can manage multiple jobs, solve problems quickly, control budgets, coordinate people and keep work moving from approval through to completion.You'll be expected to plan, predict & deliver.That means planning the job properly, scheduling the right people, managing labour and material costs, coordinating procurement, communicating with clients and making sure projects are delivered safely, professionally and profitably.You'll ideally bring:Strong building and construction knowledgeExperience managing projects, maintenance works or service deliveryConfidence managing budgets,



labour and job costsPurchasing and procurement experienceStrong scheduling and organisational abilityClient-facing experience and excellent communicationStrong reporting and follow-throughExperience with Simpro or similar job management systemsAbility to lead people and positively influence team cultureConfident Driven Relatable Reliable Accountable Results focusedYou won't wait for someone else to solve the problem.
