Job SummaryOur client, a large complex Federal Government Agency are currently seeking 2 x Senior Business Analysts for initial 3+3mth contracts.
MUST HAVE BASELINE CLEARANCE.Initial 3+3mth contract paying approx.
$920/dayBrisbane CBD Location with flexibility to WFH 2-3 days per week (could also be located in Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide, Hobart, Perth or Darwin)SBA required with Baseline Clearance and experience in MS Dynamics & PowerAppsThe successful candidates will be talented and experienced Senior Business Analysts with a strong track record of project delivery.
To align with the current scope of work, two alternative skillsets are being targeted.SkillsetsDemonstrated experience in either of the following:1.
Microsoft Dynamics / PowerApps; OR2.
ServiceNow and service catalogue management.The right candidate will join a high performing team with a reputation for getting things done.ResponsibilitiesGathering, validating and documenting business requirements;Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements;Identifying issues, risks and advantages of existing and proposed solutions;Generating information and insights from data and identifying trends and patterns.Act as the key liaison between stakeholders, testers, developers and project teamsThe Senior Business Analyst will play a role in all parts of the project and development lifecycle including user story/use case development,



supporting business transition and helping to establish change.Key PrioritiesLaunch technologies that solve critical business issues and create new regulatory capabilities.Develop agency data assets that drive responsive and effective regulatory outcomes.Essential CriteriaA proven ability to prepare high quality business analysis deliverables and apply structured business analysis techniques and critical thinking to business problems.A proven ability to deliver large, concurrent deliverables to deadline, using initiative and responding flexibly to change and uncertaintyA demonstrated ability to engage effectively and work cohesively with internal and external stakeholdersClear, concise, and articulate oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence, persuade and negotiateProven experience facilitating workshops and managing diverse stakeholder groupsDemonstrated experience in either of the following:1.
Microsoft Dynamics / PowerApps; OR2.
