You will take ownership of reporting, cash flow and performance analysis, while supporting strategic decision making through transparent and actionable insights.
The role offers strong exposure across the business and the opportunity to influence both financial outcomes and operational performance.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end month-end process, including consolidation, review of outputs, and delivery of timely and accurate management reportsLead cash flow forecasting, treasury oversight,



and working capital management across inventory, debtors, and creditorsOversee and develop a small finance team, ensuring high-quality outputs across financial accounting, AP, and ARMaintain integrity of the general ledger, including review of reconciliations, journals, and financial controlsPartner with operational teams to deliver KPI reporting, performance analysis, and actionable insights that drive decision makingAbout YouCA or CPA qualified, with strong management accounting experienceProven ability to manage cash flow, treasury, and financial reporting processesExperience overseeing or mentoring a small finance teamStrong Excel capability, with exposure to Power BI or similar tools advantageousCommercial mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
