Reporting to the Coordinator Assets and Contracts, the role involves overseeing maintenance programs, managing capital renewal projects,



coordinating budgets and ensuring contractor compliance - delivering exceptional outcomes that enhance the City's parks and the community.What we are looking forTo be successful, you must be able to demonstrateSubstantial experience in landscape construction and/or asset maintenance relevant to the positionProven project management skills, with a track record of delivery within budget and timeframesExtensive leadership experience, including the ability to motivate and develop staffCurrent Driver's LicenceCertificate IV or higher qualification in Horticulture, Landscape Construction, Asset Management or similarWhite CardNational Police Clearance (no more than three months old).
