We are looking for a motivated and versatile individual to join our team in an operations co-ordinator role that covers a variety of tasks from order management to supporting the Account Managers and working closely with the warehouse team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, can switch between tasks, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
A key focus of this role is supporting and improving efficiency across both administrative and operational areas.
You'll be encouraged to contribute ideas and take initiative to enhance processes, reduce errors, and improve productivity.Key responsibilitiesManage the shared mailboxes for orders, enquiries and returnsRespond to customer enquiries via email and phone in a professional and timely mannerProcess orders accurately through MacGear portal or Netsuite, including EDI ordersUpdate order changes, cancellations,



reallocating stock within Netsuite and communicate to account managers or customers as requiredReview and approve product returns in line with brand requirementsMacGear portal management – setting up current loginsProvide assistance to Account Managers and Management where requiredLiaise with warehouse team on priorities and order flowInvestigate variances and short shipment claims and submit claims to couriersDocument all processes and procedures for sales support, returns and warehouse operationsAbout youPrior experience in sales support or customer service and familiar with warehouse operationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyA mindset focused on efficiency, continuous improvement, and problem-solvingComfortable using ERP and inventory/order management systems (NetSuite experience a bonus)Able to work both independently and as part of a teamPositive attitude, adaptable, and willing to pitch in wherever neededAbout usMacGear is one of the largest value-added distribution companies in Australia and New Zealand, operating since ****.
