Due to exciting business growth, we are seeking an Internal Sales Person to join the team in Welshpool focusing on delivering exceptional service to our customers and the market.
This role will see you responding to inbound sales calls, emails, and occasional counter sales requirements to meet internal and external customer needs in the pursuit of effective customer service.Your key responsibilities include but not limited to:Managing sales enquiries within our branch via phone and emailProcessing customer orders, quotes and manage customer interactions end to endCoordinate with suppliers to obtain pricing, lead times, and order updatesCommunicate clearly with internal departments to ensure smooth job flowKeep all stakeholders informed of job progress, changes, and timelinesProcess quotes and orders in a timely mannerProviding product-based information and cross‐selling products where requiredWhat you will need to succeed:Sales experience, Customer Service or Sales Support positionExperience working within the mining, industrial, manufacturing, engineering or related sectorsStrong communication skills and a proactive approachComputer experience is essential specifically Windows PC knowledgeAbility to multi-task and focus on completion of allocated tasksOutstanding customer service skills with excellent time management skillsExperience with industrial products such as lifting and rigging, trade products is preferred but not essential as extensive training is availableWhat's In It For You:Permanent role, incentives & Wesfarmers share plansExclusive Perks:
