FC Lawyers is seeking a motivated and ambitious Early Career Lawyer to join our Commercial Litigation team.This role offers an excellent prospect for a lawyer with approximately 1-3 years PAE to develop their litigation practice while working closely with experienced practitioners.
You will form part of a small and highly engaged Commercial Litigation team while also working alongside our broader Business and Corporate team.The successful candidate will gain exposure to a variety of matters, develop direct client relationships, and play an active role in delivering practical legal solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will work across a broad range of litigation and dispute resolution matters, including:Debt recovery mattersEmployment-related disputesInsolvency and recovery mattersAlternative dispute resolution, including mediations and negotiationsThe role will also involve:Advising clients on complex business and commercial mattersDrafting legal correspondence, pleadings, affidavits, submissions and other court documentsDrafting commercial contracts, settlement deeds and employment documents.Conducting legal research and preparing adviceManaging matters under the supervision of senior practitionersAttending court appearances,
